Parade Entry Form

• All groups/organizations/businesses must have current public liability insurance, and a copy must be provided with your entry
• The application form and insurance certificate must be submitted no later the 2nd May 2024
• If your entry involves livestock, we must have your application form and insurance policy certificate returned to us by 26th April.
• Entries submitted after that date cannot be guaranteed the can participate
• The committee reserves the right, in absolute discretion, to decline any application for participation in the Parade

Your entry could win any one of the cash prizes.

• $200 – Most Outstanding entry incorporating the theme
• $100 – Best float
• $100 – Most Humorous entry
• $100 – Best Youth/School group entry
• $100 – Best Community Group entry
• $100 – Best Commercial entry
