No question is off limits! Discover the art, science and magic of brewing beer as we take you through each step of the process and show you why Bright Brewery beer is truly special.
Join our brewers, Lewis, David or Claire for a behind-the-scenes tour of our state-of-the-art commercial brewery, Fred’s Shed. Named after our late founder, Fiona ‘Fred’ Reddaway, Fred’s Shed is located just 1.5km from our Brewery Door.
Our brewer will greet you on arrival, and your tour will begin with a short safety induction before the tour moves on to the brewing floor. Here, our brewers will walk you through the brewing process and show you, first-hand, how our MountainCrafted beers are made.
Along the way, you may meet some of our team, learn a little about Bright Brewery’s sustainable brewing measures, and get to taste, touch and smell some of the wonderful ingredients that go into our beer.
Following the tour of Fred’s Shed, you’ll make your own way back to Bright Brewery where our team will be waiting for you with a fresh, cold MountainCrafted Tasting Paddle for you to enjoy.
